Shipping Policy

All goods will be sent First class tracked delivery.
We have listed the most cost effective with Royal Mail and DpD.

We recommend Royal Mail for Glass Honey Jars.
​
We are happy to quote additional costs for Saturday delivery.
Weights are listed against products.

If you would rather collect to save on postage costs then we are happy for you to do this and can arrange mutually convenient times slots to accommodate.

Return & Exchange Policy

Here at Bear Cool we want you to be happy with your products.
​
However, we also know that sometimes the products may go faulty or you may not be happy.
​
In addition to your Legal Rights if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return the product up to 28 days from the date this was purchased.
For online orders you have a right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods if you decide to cancel. You will then have another 14 days to return the goods once you have advised us. We will then refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

We will only accept returns from the customer who placed the order and paid for the goods.
